Description Robert Half is currently seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Full-Time Engagement Professional (FTEP) practice. This role promises a robust experience to individuals at the early stages of their career looking to gain invaluable expertise in the field of finance. Key responsibilities: + Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking. + Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support. + Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews. + Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements. + Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts. Requirements Qualifications: + Excellent proficiency in MS Excel and other data manipulation tools. + Strong analytical and data gathering skills. + Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field. + Solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles. + Strong communication and presentation skills. The ideal candidate has a basic understanding of finance concepts and has the motivation to expand this knowledge in a practical setting.
