As part of the Senior Finance Director team, you will be a trustworthy partner who supports the organization by providing reliable and accurate analysis and reports. Your responsibilities will include: + Active participation on the annual Budget process + Monthly forecast consolidation and submission + Assurance of monthly closing accuracy by closely collaborating with production control, accounting, and operations + Develop, maintain and streamline Excel and PowerBI management reports + Support the R&D and production controlling teams when needed + Use financial analysis to influence decision-making to drive growth and improve profitability + Present financial analysis and results to key leaders of the Solution business **Your job in plain text** + Support the Budget process ensuring inputs are delivered on time and accurately. + Consolidation and internal reporting of yearly Budget and monthly forecasts + Ensure accurate monthly results by closely collaborating with production controlling, accounting, and operations. + Monthly follow-up of P&L and Balance Sheet, analyzing variances vs forecast + Results consolidation and preparation of monthly closing finance deck with relevant KPI’s + Ad-hoc analysis to support decision making and optimize business performance + Forecast and analysis for some of the overhead areas + Automate and streamline reporting through Excel and Power BI Dashboards + Manage Financial & Non-financial KPIs established by Solutions Management team. **To be ready to take on this role we would love if you have** + Highly skilled in financial planning, reporting and analysis including budget, forecasting & modelling + Previous experience on measuring and reporting operational and financial KPIs + Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel + Experience in creating PowerBI reports + Experience with ERP, preferably SAP. BPC, Anaplan or other relevant financial planning systems is considered a plus + A bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Economy + Self-starter attitude and a curious mind who asks questions, pursues solving problems with little need of supervision + A collaborative approach, and works well with others + Fluency in English, speaking and writing, Swedish is considered a differential. **Interested?** If you liked what you just read, and believe you are the person that will make us better, do not hesitate to apply.
