The Financial Analyst, a key member of the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, will support the analysis and reporting on performance metrics for the New York City, Brooklyn, and Boston offices, as well as the broader Northeast system, regional Climate and Sustainability, Experts and Inverto businesses. This role involves understanding business drivers and providing leadership with accurate and timely data, reporting and insights utilizing different automation tools, workflow processes and excel models. Additionally, the Financial Analyst will contribute to broader FP&A initiatives, focused on supporting strategic capacity planning and finance ad hoc needs for office leadership and cross functional support.



What You'll Do

Preparing weekly and monthly business updates for leadershipWork with Talent Management and office leadership to help reduce leakage in billable staffing and revenue; monitoring proposals for accurate conversions and billabilitySupport local leadership decisions for investments; providing data, tracking approvals, and reportingAnalyze revenue and support new SAP revenue recognition process; leveraging dashboard tools, GenAi and creating excel modelsAssist in consultant capacity planning, reporting and working cross functionally to partner on decisions related to capacity management, including owning excel models and entering plansEnhance and develop automated reporting, driven by customer needs, to scale with the businessCollaborate with a wide variety of business partners, including local offices function leaders and talent management, regional and global finance, commercial finance, shared services and othersComplete ad hoc requests and perform other duties as needed in a timely manner

What You'll Bring

Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or BusinessA minimum of 1-2 years of related experienceExperience in professional services environment a plus

Compensation Information:  

Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, contributions to BCG’s Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF), and a market leading benefits package described below.
