Introduction

The Middletown Circular Operations plant is in the midst of a change journey in an effort to continuously improve.  This change journey presents a unique opportunity for a strong leader to provide leadership and supervision at a product line departmental level in a production environment with the goal of meeting production objectives.

The Circular Operations receives components that have exceeded their initial life cycle and restores them to their original performance specifications.  The Circular Operations Center is committed to protecting the environment and has received multiple environmental awards. 

What you will do

This role supports financial activities, including accounting transactions, Cost Deployment, account reconciliations, month-end closing, reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis. Responsibilities also include maintaining financial controls, managing ERP and General Ledger systems, and preparing forecasts, business plans, and executive summaries. The role contributes to process improvements, special projects, and system error resolutions.

Responsibilities Perform monthly closings, financial reporting, and variance analysis. Lead Cost improvements initiatives, including data analysis and NVAA reduction. Develop and maintain cost standards and update based on manufacturing processes. Monitor ERP/General Ledger interfaces and resolve errors. Support rolling forecasts, business plans, and process improvements. Provide guidance and analytical support to business functions. Lead digital transformation and data visualization Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. 2-5 years of cost and/or managerial accounting experience. Strong skills in spreadsheets, databases, and presentations; SAP experience preferred. Experience in data management, analytics, or coding is a merit. Excellent communication, organizational, and self-management skills.
