Job description

The Productivity & Holdings Financial Analyst reports to the Head of Productivity & Holdings P&C.

 

Key responsibilities

 

Global Productivity Planning & Controlling Present reports to senior stakeholders (BM/offices, global heads of functions) both in a regular format and with specific analysis (board decks, strategic requests…), Manage costs closing monthly process with P&C teams (APAC/EU costs and other regions P&C), Finance Factory and functions to collect  comments and translating them into clear explanations/action items Prepare reports and documents for Allianz SE (TOM CC, PD decks, ad-hoc requests) Manage costs PD/FC process with P&C FF/P&C teams and global functions: define TDIs and assumptions, prepare summaries and decks for global head of P&C/Board, interact with functions, HR and CTO for input collection, orchestrate PD tool upload with P&C FF team

 

Functional Costs Governance Maintain and develop costs reporting platform in collaboration with P&C FF Costs and Reporting Factory Teams Maintain, align and update “non Org Chart” part of the Functional Costs structure to ensure transparency on non FTE specific buckets of costs (e.g. Allyz, taxes…) Together with HR and FF Costs team, maintain overall Functional Costs structure: updates and remappings driven by HR Org Chart changes, communication to functional and P&C stakeholders

 

Expenses Approval Processes Liaise with Productivity team for updates on policies and develop improvements in the Assembl*E Expenses Approval Tools Communication and trainings to functions and with finance community Day to day management of the tools (drive transfer to Finance Factory) such as users updates, questions from users, masterdata changes such as users updates, questions from users, masterdata changes
