Mission of the Role:
To accurately identify and explain sales variances in the revenue including all their variants to report them to the relevant stakeholders. As well support the regional controller with month-end closing, Forecast and Budget activities.

Key Objectives of this Role:
• Gather and analyze financial data.
• Generate comprehensive reports on a regular and as-needed basis.
• Forecast and analyze sales mix.
• Support in Forecast and Budget process.
• Analyzing in sales/Mix variances.

Key Performance Indicators:
• Material Margin
• Volume/Sales
• Material availability
• Capex cash/spend.

Key Year One Deliverables:
• Comprehensive analysis of volume/sales.
• Creation of standardized reporting templates for sales, recoveries, and material margin.
• Conducting audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of sales/volume data.
• Highly adherence to Company policies and procedures.

Qualification, Experience and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or Finance.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting or financial analysis role
• Strong English fluency (read/write/speak)
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications
• Experience with ERP systems (QAD, SAP, HRFM)
• Ability to work autonomously.
