Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Financial Analyst in Huntington Beach, California. This role will be part of our team in the industry, providing crucial support in managing customer accounts and inquiries, as well as processing applications. Responsibilities: • Utilize Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting purposes • Manage the creation of the annual budget • Address and rectify any discrepancies that arise • Utilize knowledge of Debit & Credit in financial analysis • Develop forecasting and predictive models to support financial decision-making • Harness the functionality of an ERP system for efficient financial management • Preferred experience with Epicor • Utilize accounting software systems and CRM to streamline accounting functions • Implement data mining techniques to extract valuable information for decision-making • Contribute to auditing and budget processes • Participate in capital management activities • Utilize ADP - Financial Services and Crystal Reports for financial analysis and reporting • Skillfully employ pivot tables in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis Requirements • Minimum of 2 years experience in a Financial Analyst role • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems • Experience with ADP - Financial Services • Familiarity with CRM systems • Knowledge of Crystal Reports • Ability to utilize Data Mining Techniques • Understanding of Accounting Functions • Experience with Accrual Accounting • Proficiency in Auditing practices • Familiarity with Budget Processes • Experience in Capital Management • Proficiency in Power BI • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
