Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Assistance Finance Manager to be located in Kallang, Singapore

Here is a glimpse of what you'll do:

Responsible for timely, accurate and completeness of consolidated financial closings of Asia region.Monthly and quarterly financial analysisTechnical advice on accounting policies and US GAAPResponsible for accurate Asia consolidation financial system properties maintenance and processesOversight, review and support ERP system from corporate accounting perspective. Primarily ERP new additions, upgrades, and modifications to ensure accuracy of financial data from ERP consolidates to flex’s company-wide financial consolidation system.Review and analyze financial key operating statistics, key accounts, and work with locations to assure adherence of accounting policy and calculation definitions.Analyze actual and forecast data, provide detailed commentary addressing deviations from targeted financial metrics, as well as addressing balance sheet variances.Assist in finance compliance reviews, training and SOX compliances matters.Assist and support on Deloitte or internal audit activities for Asia regionCollaborates with corporate tax, finance compliance, regional defense directors, internal auditors, and local finance to support audit/accounting reporting requirements.Continuous improvement on closing activities, corporate accounting processes and documentation.Responsible for special project as necessary, such as system implementation, system migration, process improvement, accounting policy implementation related activities.

Typically requires 7+ years of related experience.Related professional certification preferred - Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified General Accountant (CGA), or a America Production Inventory Control Society (APICS).
