We are looking for a Finance Analyst to join our North Louisiana/Arkansas Timberlands (NLAR) Region in Ruston, LA.

In this role, your essential functions will be to:
Lead the processing and maintaining of the Timberlands Contract and Payment System (CAPS) for the NLAR region.Help maintain and govern standard and Weyerhaeuser financial internal controls.Support the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes through frontline meetings with business partners, critical thinking, and consolidation and analysis of information across Southern Timberlands.Collaborate across departments including operations, corporate accounting, internal audit, and information technology to meet business needs and identify and implement systems improvements.Provide project data driven analysis and reporting by using empirical evidence and critical thinking.Demonstrate Proficiency utilizing analysis tools, Microsoft Excel, SAP, Microsoft Power Point and Power BI.We are looking for a Finance Analyst to join our North Louisiana/Arkansas Timberlands (NLAR) Region in Ruston, LA.

Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $68,371-$102,556 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 5% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 holiday hours and paid parental leave for all full-time employees.
