Join our Columbus, OH team as a Financial Analyst. The Financial Analyst responsibilities include preparing and maintaining accurate financials, ensuring compliance with GAAP accounting, and contributing to the efficient financial management of the accounting operations. You will assist in the preparation of ledger reconciliations and statements, prepare monthly financial statements, support audits, and assist in the close process and analysis for strategic decision making.

Accounting Functions:
Month-end, Quarter-end, and Year-end Close: Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, bank transactions, subledger schedules, accruals, and reconciliations. General Ledger Management: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, including Accounts Payable, Inter-company and Related Party, to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.Audit and Compliance: Support external audit documentation and schedules, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.Finance Functions:
Preparation and review of all monthly reconciliations of specified subledger accounts, including inter-company and related party.Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly statements to perform invoice matching and record corrections as needed. Conceptualize information and report findings to manager regularly.Support and Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and support cross-functional initiatives.General Functions::
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes, enhance controls and systems, and improve financial reporting efficiency.Other duties, as assigned.Competencies:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.Entry level, 0-5 years’ experience in an accounting role.Strong organizational and time management skills.Experience with NetSuite, SAP or related large ERP systems a plus. Proficiency using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office products.Ability to meet deadlines.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Fluency in English required.Benefits:
