Our client is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their team. As a Financial Analyst, you will be part of the Accounts Receivable department supporting the Chargeback Team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Financial Analyst
**Location: Bridgewater, NJ**
**What's the Job?**
+ Analyze and process customer deductions in a timely manner.
+ Collaborate closely with chargeback analysts to understand approved chargeback values monthly for a large volume of distributor customers.
+ Issue direct payments for various distributors and other customers for chargeback and rebate payments.
+ Conduct comprehensive accounts receivable analysis for a substantial number of distributor customers, focusing on mitigating purge.
+ Prepare monthly reports on deduction totals and variances for Chargeback Team review and alignment.
**What's Needed?**
+ Previous experience in financial analysis, accounts receivable, or deduction management preferred.
+ SAP knowledge needed.
+ Prior experience in Vistex is a plus.
+ Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
