Job Summary:
Prepare standard and ad hoc reports that will be used to identify, evaluate and communicate business results, trends and outlooks. Leverage tools and systems to quickly access data and provide meaningful, concise information. Support the preparation of analysis, commentary and presentation materials for monthly business review meetings including both financial results and operational metrics.
Major Responsibilities:
Assists department managers with budgeting process. Plan, develop, prepare, input and maintain company's budgets. Design budgets to include monthly, quarterly and yearly reports, and display revenues and expenses. Lead efforts to define new reporting requirements and prioritization. Guide discussions with manager and key stakeholders regarding options to develop those reporting needs. Work collaboratively with different departmentsMinimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related finance field Minimum 1 years’ experience in FP&A, finance or a related area preferred Strong Excel skills including use of Pivot Tables and formulas such as SUMIF’s and VLOOKUP; Macros, INDIRECT & Business Objects is a plus Aptitude for learning a variety of financial systems and database applications such as Excel, Access, PowerPoint, data warehousing, data mining, business intelligence, and other financial systems Ability to extrapolate data from disparate systems to create management reporting. Exhibit flexibility and willingness to take on new responsibilities and assignments as they are identified and to assist with various ad hoc projects as needed. Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written. Able to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people when completing work assignments. Ability to manage multiple priorities as well as flexibility to adapt to change with new systems and methods while working in a team environment.
