Description We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our finance team in a hybrid role, offering flexibility to work both remotely and in-office. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance detail oriented who enjoys analyzing data, creating financial models, and providing insights to support business strategy. Pay: 45.00 -52.00 (Depending on Experience). What You’ll Do Analyze financial data, develop reports, and provide actionable insights for decision-making. Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business planning. Perform variance analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Prepare and present financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess financial risks, optimize budgets, and support strategic initiatives. Assist in month-end and quarter-end reporting processes. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend process improvements. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to enhance financial strategies. Requirements What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. Three or more years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting. Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas; experience with financial software such as SAP, NetSuite, or Power BI is a plus. Ability to interpret complex financial data and present insights in a clear, concise manner. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
