We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join the Finance team at Match. In this role, you will provide insightful analysis and reporting on marketing performance and strategy, enabling the company and its stakeholders to achieve their business objectives.
Your key responsibilities will include conducting monthly marketing performance analysis and forecasting, managing marketing expense budgeting, and delivering ad-hoc analysis to support various business units across Match Group. This position will report directly to the Manager of Finance.
The ideal candidate for this team is a collaborative individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. You will be driven to surpass goals related to the quality and timely delivery of analysis and projects while balancing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision. Above all, you will maintain a strong sense of personal and professional integrity.
When it comes to dating, the connection starts online, but the real magic happens once you meet in real life (IRL). We think the same is true for doing our best work so we work together IRL in our Dallas office 2 days/week.
How you’ll make an impact:Act as the main liaison between the marketing and finance teamsManage and update monthly new user acquisition dataConduct ROI analysis to evaluate current and anticipated returns on marketing spendCoordinate multiple rounds of changes with various stakeholders, ensuring a high level of attention to detailCollaborate with senior leaders, finance management, and peers on strategic and ad hoc projects, including cross-functional teams in marketing, account management, and revenue operationsWe could be a match if:You have 3+ years of experience in corporate finance or marketing analytics, preferably within a consumer-based environmentYou have a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Marketing, or a related business fieldYou have a strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detailYou have excellent written and verbal communication skillsYou have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environmentYou can manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervisionYou have a drive to exceed goals related to the quality and timely delivery of analysis and projectsYou are advanced in Excel Why Match Group?
