Job Summary:Â The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations.Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.Monitor and evaluate financial performance against budgets and forecasts.Conduct variance analysis and identify areas for improvement.Assist in the development of financial models and business cases.Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze relevant data.Support month-end and year-end closing processes.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.Participate in special projects and ad-hoc analysis as needed.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.2-4 years of experience in financial analysis or related role.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.Knowledge of financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Effective communication and presentation skills.Professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $40.00/hr.
