The Ruby Tuesday Financial Analyst FP&A will serve as a key member of the Finance team and will support the Finance Director and the CFO.  This position will have a heavy focus on financial and operational reporting, participate in the annual budgeting process, and help maintain financial analytics around CapEx and Repairs and Maintenance spend.  This is an office-based role.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Maintain financial and operational reports that are published on a week and monthly basis to include: Labor results versus ideal labor standards KPI reporting Operational stack ranking reports Reporting and analytics around our focus restaurants Monthly financial reporting for our restaurant operations teams and high-level financial reporting, especially around labor and cost of goods sold Participate in weekly and monthly operational calls with Chief Operating Officer and field leaders Establish and implement an on-going forecasting process for CapEx and Repairs and Maintenance expenditures, both cash based and accrual based Preparation of the Monthly Business Review financial data as well as assist with the compilation of the MBR deck including all cross functional inputs Help to streamline financial reporting needs Provide financial analytics and/or models for various company activities and potential activities/contracts to determine cost/benefit and make recommendations for go vs no-go on key projects Provide cross-functional analytics on an ad hoc basis to ensure that senior leadership has the appropriate data and analytics to function effectively
