Position Summary:

A company in the HR Technology space is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. This position operates on a 100% remote work arrangement.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance against forecasts and budgets.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management.Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.Support strategic decision-making through scenario analysis and business case development.Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance on key initiatives.Assist with capital expenditure analysis, ROI assessments, and cost-saving initiatives.Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data, reporting, and compliance with internal controls.Stay up to date with industry trends and financial best practices to optimize performance.

Qualifications:
