Qualifications

B.S in Finance or Accounting highly preferred 2+ years of relevant experience

Responsibilities:

Budgeting and Forecasting: Developing and managing budgets for property operations, including maintenance, utilities, and capital expenditures.Financial Reporting: Preparing detailed financial reports on property performance, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.Variance Analysis: Analyzing variances between actual and budgeted financial results to identify trends and areas for improvement.
