Job Summary 

The Financial Analyst I will collaborate with business leaders to enhance operational efficiencies by leveraging advanced financial modeling and analysis. 

 

 

Key Roles & Responsibilities: 

 

Provide regular financial analysis and presentations of P&L results for the leadership team and private equity ownership team Conduct financial analyses to identify and interpret trends in supply chain performance, driving strategic business insights and improvements Develop and produce weekly and monthly scorecard reporting used by Senior Management to drive business performance Provide insights as to the business drivers of changes in the P&L, Statement of Cash flows, and Balance Sheet Develop and produce reporting for the distribution network in order to help identify opportunities for improvement Track and highlight financial performance and investment returns for supply chain initiatives  Analyze sales and margin performance by product category, highlighting opportunities for margin improvement Complete analyses in support of ad-hoc and strategic projects

            

Qualifications and Competencies:

 

1-3 years financial analysis experience  Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel Strong communication skills: oral, written, and presentation Strong financial analysis and modeling background with great attention to detail Experience with retail operations a plus Hands-on, data driven approach to problem solving SAP experience a plus
