Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Financial Analyst in Anderson, Indiana. This role is within the Accounts Receivable department, with a focus on financial analysis, particularly bad debt analysis and month-over-month analysis. The workplace operates on a hybrid schedule, providing flexibility to balance between office and remote work. Responsibilities: • Conduct detailed financial analysis, with a particular focus on bad debt analysis and month-over-month analysis. • Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills for spreadsheet configuration, template setup, pivot tables, and vlookups. • Engage with Accounting Software Systems for effective financial management. • Leverage ADP - Financial Services for comprehensive financial analysis. • Utilize CRM for effective customer relationship management. • Generate and analyze reports using Crystal Reports. • Employ Data Mining Techniques for in-depth financial insights. • Perform various Accounting Functions as part of the role. • Apply Accrual Accounting principles in the financial analysis process. • Conduct Auditing tasks as required. • Participate in Budget Processes for effective financial planning. • Assist in Capital Management activities.
