Financial Analyst

The Valls Lear Admin Office in Spain is a key hub for financial operations and strategic decision-making within Lear Corporation’s E-Systems division. Requirements:

• Education: Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering (MBA preferred).
• Experience: 2+ years in financial management or controlling, preferably in industrial companies.
• Valuable Experience In:
• Financial planning & budgeting
• Quotations management & cost controlling
• Internal control/SOX compliance
• Cash flow management

Reporting & Leadership:

• Reports to the Engineering, SGA Controller, and Capital Planning.
• Collaborates with finance teams across division plants and the Valls Lear Admin Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and control investment projects in the Europe/Africa region.
• Support investment proposals and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Oversee approval and purchasing processes for investment projects.
• Monitor capital appropriations and budget alignment.
• Track overdue sales transactions for plants and the Valls Lear Admin Office.
• Assist teams with investment proposal preparation and documentation.
