Opportunity Overview

Collaborate with functional leaders to prepare the annual budget and quarterly forecasts for South Asia, China and Taiwan. Monitor quarter end results and prepare appropriate journal entries to ensure revenue and expenses are recorded properly. Prepare quarterly internal reporting package for the regions and key performance indicators (KPI). Prepare quarter end variance explanations for the internal management financial package. Consolidate Asia reports for Asia SEG director management Continuously look for opportunities to improve existing processes and procedures to support the team. Perform ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Strong qualitative and quantitative skills, with demonstrated experience using data to drive decision making. Prior experience working with tight deadlines and demonstrated responsibility for accuracy and timeliness for work performed. A team player and work cross-functionally. Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Must be able to convey information to all levels of the organization in a clear, focused, and concise manner.  Experience with Microsoft Excel required Experience with Oracle, Business Objects, Power BI (Business Intelligence), Adaptive preferred Process improvement focus. Quarterly travel to Taiwan is needed

Minimum education and work experience required

A Bachelor’s Degree in either Finance or Accounting is required 5+ years of financial planning and analysis preferred Good English skills.
