Opportunity Overview + Collaborate with functional leaders to prepare the annual budget and quarterly forecasts for South Asia, China and Taiwan. + Monitor quarter end results and prepare appropriate journal entries to ensure revenue and expenses are recorded properly. + Prepare quarterly internal reporting package for the region s and key performance indicators (KPI). + Prepare quarter end variance explanations for the internal management financial package. + Consolidate Asia reports for Asia SEG director management + Continuously look for opportunities to improve existing processes and procedures to support the team. + Perform ad-hoc tasks as needed. Must be able to convey information to all levels of the organization in a clear, focused, and concise manner. + Experience with Microsoft Excel required + Experience with Oracle, Business Objects, Power BI (Business Intelligence), Adaptive preferred + Process improvement focus. + Quarterly travel to Taiwan is needed Minimum education and work experience required + A Bachelor’s Degree in either Finance or Accounting is required + 5 + years of financial planning and analysis preferred + Good English skills.
