Financial Analyst/Accountant

Opportunity Overview + Collaborate with functional leaders to prepare the annual budget and quarterly forecasts for South Asia, China and Taiwan. + Monitor quarter end results and prepare appropriate journal entries to ensure revenue and expenses are recorded properly. + Prepare quarterly internal reporting package for the region s and key performance indicators (KPI). + Prepare quarter end variance explanations for the internal management financial package. + Consolidate Asia reports for Asia SEG director management + Continuously look for opportunities to improve existing processes and procedures to support the team. + Perform ad-hoc tasks as needed. If you’re ready to join us in this mission, take a closer look at the minimum criteria for the position. + Strong qualitative and quantitative skills, with demonstrated experience using data to drive decision making. + Prior experience working with tight deadlines and demonstrated responsibility for accuracy and timeliness for work performed. + A team player and work cross-functionally. + Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Must be able to convey information to all levels of the organization in a clear, focused, and concise manner. + Experience with Microsoft Excel required + Experience with Oracle, Business Objects, Power BI (Business Intelligence), Adaptive preferred + Process improvement focus. + Quarterly travel to Taiwan is needed Minimum education and work experience required + A Bachelor’s Degree in either Finance or Accounting is required + 5 + years of financial planning and analysis preferred + Good English skills.
