**Job Description:**

Our work depends on Financial Analyst Advisor joining our team to perform financial analysis and reporting in order to monitor finances associated with business operations for a portfolio of programs.
**How a Financial Analyst Advisor will make an impact:**
Partner with the Program/Ops Team
+ Close working relationship with business area VP, multiple program managers, Contracts, and Subcontracts
+ Strong voice and financial leader of the team
+ Providing real-time financial impacts of hiring decisions across programs
Program Finance Reporting
+ Estimated to Complete (ETCs)/Estimates at Completion (EACs)
+ Monthly playbook reviews of each program to status financial health
+ Program level P&L and program investment outlooks
Financials, Forecasting, and Budgeting
+ 5 year strategic plan financials, monthly & quarterly forecasts for revenue, profit, direct labor, subcontract costs and other direct costs.
+ Revenue recognition and at Risk coordination
+ Variance analysis and other ad hoc analysis
Customer and Contract Support
+ Program set-up in Oracle/Costpoint
+ Project close out
+ Prepare ACS 606 Revenue Recognition 5-step model and 5 SD
+ Contract Mod review/approval
+ Ensure timely and accurate billing and collections, reconciliation
+ Limitation of Funds data and notification to Contracts
+ Program maintenance (tax, funding, orders)
**In order to be considered, you must have the following:**
+ Education: Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years related experience
+ Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, specifically Excel formulas
+ Experience with Oracle Financials, Oracle Analytics
+ Analytical skills; ability to solve problems with minimal oversight
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills
+ Preferred skills: Experience with Hyperion/Essbase/Smartview; Experience with governent contracting
+ Hybrid: MUST be able to go into the Falls Church, VA office 3x a week
+ Must be a US Person

The likely salary range for this position is $105,622 - $135,125. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
