Your Role & Team in a Nutshell
As a Financial Analyst, you will support the finance and brand management teams in the new product development process, product profitability analysis, and monthly reporting for the Campingaz brand.
You will have impact on management's decision-making processes through consolidating and analysing a large amount of financial data.
You will be a part of a small finance team, cooperating cross-functionally with sales, marketing, pricing and other finance teams spread across regions.
We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and access to online training courses.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Work with regional marketing and finance teams across EMEA to achieve global objectives for Campingaz and Outdoor & Recreation (O&R) segment.
Support new product development in O&R EMEA, including financial projections, product lifecycle management, and postmortem analysis.
Assist the Brand Finance Director with corporate deliverables like monthly brand reporting, annual plans, and innovation reviews.
Analyse sales and profitability across the O&R portfolio, including categories, products, and customers.
Provide regular updates to the O&R leadership team on business results, year-to-date performance, innovation vitality, and future performance based on global demand plans.
Conduct ad hoc analysis for O&R, such as business plans and Net Present Value (NPV) analysis.
Collaborate with brand management on pricing strategies and improving the return on investment for key marketing spend.
What You’ll Need
Minimum:
Master’s degree in finance or controlling, ideally with some knowledge of marketing
Combined experience in finance/accounting or FP&A roles in FMCG or Consumer Packaged Goods sector
Good command of MS Office with advanced Excel skills
Fluent in English and German (written & spoken)
