 Job Description: 

This is a temporary contract role, 40 hrs/week, not to exceed 4 months.

Responsibilities

Assisting with completing the Annual Budgeting process and preparing financial reports and analysis for the next fiscal year  Preparing budget comparison to prior year and to forecastTracking Capital Investment costs, drafting reports and loading actuals into Adaptive Planning System for Variance comparison to Budget and ForecastMaintaining, rolling over to next reporting period and drafting various Month end and Quarter end Reporting decks i.e. i.e. Quarterly Business ReviewPreparing Month end close calendar and checklistPreparing ad-hoc reports and journal entriesAccount reconciliationsAutomating/cleaning up current files on as needed basis
