Schedule: Hybrid - Mon, Fri Remote / Tue, Wed, Thu On-site
Reports to: Finance Manager
Travel: minimal, less than 10%
Pay: $75,000-85,000/year + 5% annual bonus

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Job Description Summary: The Financial Analyst will be responsible for the reporting, analyzing and distribution of key business metrics and internal reporting. Daily activities include generating monthly metrics and conducting quarterly analytics. This role will support the annual budgeting process, facilitate quarterly forecasting and modeling, and perform various ad hoc analyses. The analyst will work closely with business leaders and senior staff to provide valuable insights and analyses related to business trends and forecasts.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
2+ years of analyst experience
High level of proficiency with MS Excel/Google Sheets (SUMIF, Power Query, Pivot Table with formulas, V and X Lookups)
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years experience Experience with Power BI and SAP
Supply Chain experience, specifically manufacturing/distribution
