Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Making use of spreadsheets and different statistical software in order to analyze variance to forecast and or budget
•    Maintain monthly labor and fringe benefit schedule for all locations, make accruals as necessary
•    Prepare journal entry at month end closing
•    30 days after month end resolve all past due AR and AP items
•    Reconcile AR other and accrued AP monthly
•    Prepare daily KPIs to support plant Top5
•    Analyze and track spending vs budget and highlight trends and anomalies 
•    Responsible for tracking all vendor chargebacks
•    Ensure compliance with the 11 Faurecia Internal Control Basics
•    Assist in other special projects and assignments as needed
•    Work with FES team to implement labor efficiencies throughout the plant
•    Support various ICB initiatives to ensure plant overall rating is adequate 
•    Support commitments established in the ISO 14001 Environmental Policy
•    Follow requirements established in Saline Plant ISO 14001 Environmental Management System (EMS) procedures and work instructions
•    Support commitments established in the ISO 14001 Environmental Policy.
•    Follow requirements established in Saline Plant ISO 14001 Environmental Management System (EMS) procedures and work instructions.
•    Commitment to the highest ethical standards and willingness to adhere to Faurecia’s Code of Ethics and Code of Management.
 

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Finance
•    2 to 5 years of relevant experience 
•    Good accounting knowledge 
•    Superior analytical skills
•    Great organizational skills
•    Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office) and SAP. Experience with Oracle applications preferred
•    Strong communication skills (both in written and oral form)
•    Proficient level of English required
