Financial Analyst-Finance & Accounting
We are growing our Finance team at the Greensboro, NC Manufacturing Facility and will be actively involved in supporting management with corporate manufacturing analysis, trends and strategic initiatives. You will lead key projects and help analyze complex business situations to help drive growth and performance. This is an exciting financial role that will contribute to the financial analysis, month-end reporting, budgeting, metrics development, and overall reporting needs of the Greensboro Manufacturing Facility, and is a **Hybrid role (2-3 days per week onsite).** **In this role:** • Support all aspects of financial reporting, including accuracy and efficiency of closing, forecasting, strategic and budget cycles. • Support finance teams with analytics: rebates, profitability and segment profiles • Analyze financial data, summarize, and can provide a concise and meaningful narrative of any discrepancies • Help drive revenue analysis and reporting of operating spend and efficiencies • Trusted business partner to gain detailed knowledge of the business, ability to translate key data. • Support the quarterly forecasting and annual budget process driving continuous improvement to advance forecast accuracy and overall business margins. • Update financial daily and weekly reports, complete special projects, and analysis as requested. • Support month end reporting process • Completing Ad Hoc requests. **QUALIFICATIONS** • Bachelor’s degree (Finance or Accounting preferred) • 2+ years of experience in financial analysis; background in Accounting and/or Finance • PowerBI (intermediate level) • Financial ERP -Microsoft AX Preferred (intermediate level) • Word, Excel, Power-point proficiency • Basic understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) • Financial analysis experience in a manufacturing/auditing environment is strongly preferred. • Advanced skills in Excel, Strong MS Office skills including Word and PowerPoint – SQL or Power BI experience a plus • Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX, general ERP, Salesforce, and/or Hyperion a plus • Flexibility and adaptability with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment. The base compensation range for this position is $75,000_to $ 85,000_per year. Your actual base salary will be determined based upon a number of factors which may include relevant experience, skills, location (labor market data), credentials (education, certifications), and internal equity.
