Position Summary
The Financial Analyst I – Treasury plays a key role in supporting banking operations, liquidity management, and financial reporting. This position demands meticulous attention to detail, robust analytical capabilities, and excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with both internal stakeholders and external financial partners. Reporting directly to the Director of Treasury, you will ensure our financial processes align with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
Minimum Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a related fieldExperience:
2+ years of treasury or accounting experience Proficient in computer applications with advanced spreadsheet (Excel) skillsPreferred Qualifications

5+ years of treasury or accounting experienceLicenses/Certifications:
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)Key Responsibilities
Daily Cash Management: Prepare daily cash position reports to monitor and forecast cash requirements. Bank Account Management: Analyze bank balances and recommend/exercise account transfers as needed. Transaction Processing: Facilitate banking transactions in compliance with company policies and procedures. Payment Accuracy: Review payment documents to ensure accuracy and compliance prior to processing. Petty Cash Oversight: Maintain a schedule of petty cash locations, conducting regular reviews and audits for compliance. Banking Relationships: Regularly interact with bank staff to manage relationships and ensure efficient service delivery. Internal Resource: Act as a liaison and resource for staff regarding banking services and inquiries. Financial Reporting: Support internal and external treasury financial reporting requirements by preparing detailed schedules and supporting documentation. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure accuracy and compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and company policies.Competencies & Skills
