Position Summary: 
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to oversee our forecasting and budgeting processes as well as reporting. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate financial reporting and supporting data-driven decision-making within the organization. This role requires a proactive approach to discovering and implementing new tools to optimize and automate current financial processes, ensuring enhanced efficiency and accuracy.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

•    Lead the forecasting process and required financial reporting across Division. Aggregate financial data from various sources to create comprehensive financial reports. Carefully review the consolidated reports for accuracy and completeness, ensuring all financial information is properly aligned and discrepancies are identified and addressed.
•    Conduct variance and trend analysis to identify discrepancies in reporting and work with the teams to improve the processes.  
•    Serve as liaison to location Controllers and their teams, assisting them with reporting and forecast / budget related topics.
•    Identify opportunities to improve forecasting and financial reporting processes. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness. Leverage tools such as PBCS to enhance and streamline the financial reporting process. Ensure the adoption of these tools leads to greater accuracy, efficiency, and overall effectiveness in generating comprehensive financial reports.
•    Communicate with co-workers, management, auditors, and others in a courteous and professional manner. 
•    Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.
•    Conform with all safety rules and use all appropriate safety equipment.
•    Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, or a related field plus a minimum of three (3) years of financial planning, and analytical experience. 
•    Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, Oracle EPM Suite).
•    Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and implement process improvements. 
•    Ability to maintain confidential information
•    Strong customer service skills.
•    Strong organization skills, attention to detail and follow-through to resolve any outstanding issues.
•    Strong time management skills.
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of individuals.
•    Familiarity with SOX compliance is a plus. 

Working Conditions:
•    Up to 25% travel may be required.

Physical Requirements:
•    Must be able to sit and work in an office environment for extended periods of time.
