Handle data collection, upload, integrity, and validation for budget and quarterly forecasts. Develop tools to analyze large data sets, focusing on KPIs, business drivers, and overheads. Produce high-quality reports including Monthly Flash, Business Reviews, Weekly, and ad-hoc reports. Analyze budget variances and assess future risks and opportunities. Maintain controls to manage risk and assess business health. Improve understanding of actual and forecast performance to drive financial outcomes. Partner with finance and department managers to manage costs and identify savings. Ensure accountability and maintain confidentiality with sensitive data. Assist in rolling out unified reporting across P&Ls. Design financial models and advise on their application. Act as a super user for finance systems and handle system-related queries. *Qualifications
Diploma in Accounting or related field. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and collaboration with all facets of the organization. Familiar with ERP and BI environments, Power Query and Power Pivot preferred; specifically Oracle EPM Super User desirable; ability to learn and understand business logic/rules.Must to have
5 years’ significant financial experience, majority of this in role as Financial Analyst.Nice to have
