Job DescriptionExciting Opportunity at MSK: Financial Analyst II – Accounting!
Role Overview:
Supports the monthly and quarterly financial statement closing process by preparing financial presentations and reports to various stakeholders within finance as well as internal and external stakeholders.Designing, analyzing, and reporting financial information, including interpretation of KPI’s.Works on small to medium sized projects based on current strategic priorities.Identifies, summarizes and reports on financial trends impacting corporate financials.Collaborates with other stakeholders across finance on process improvements.Maintains strong internal controls around data governance.Designs financial reports including dashboards and executive summaries.Key Qualifications:
Computer skills required include the advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.Analytical skills required include the ability to analyze and draw conclusions from financial and statistical data.Understanding of key KPI's and the relationship across key financial statements.2-3 years of relevant work experience within finance and accounting.Core Skills:
Ability to work with management staff and handle confidential information.Be able to work under pressure and prioritize and make independent decisions.Self driven and able to work independently.Problem solving skills and the desire to learn.Additional Information:
