As a Financial Analyst II, you will analyze financial operations and information to provide decision support to management and other caregivers regarding financial reporting and related issues. **A caregiver in this position works 8:00AM - 5:00PM** A caregiver who excels in this role will: + Prepare, analyze, and communicate key financial information. + Assist with budget preparation, budget review for compliance and financial reporting. + Consult with all levels of management to provide decision support for initiatives, policies and procedures. + Perform special projects and duties related to research, forecasting and conflict resolution. Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: + Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or a related field. + Two years of financial or revenue cycle management or general analytical experience. Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: + Master's degree. + Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA). + Healthcare experience. + A high school diploma/GED and six years of experience may substitute the experience and education requirements. + An associate's degree and four years of experience may substitute the experience and education requirements. + A master's degree and one year of experience may substitute one year of the required experience. + Cleveland Clinic Finance Fellow experience may substitute one year of required experience.
