have our own identity with a unique payroll benefits performance management system service recognition programs and other common practices across the systemFinancial Analyst II Key Accountabilities Instrumental in analyzing revenues financial statistical data among others by reviewing data Determines the reasons for why variances occur month to month quarter to quarter or year over year Completes special reports as requested provide financial expertise for reportssurveys as needed by others and assist managers in understandinginterpreting monthly financial reports When appropriate takes corrective action in resolving variances problems and issues identified Produces standard month end packages for finance with required deadlines to be met Seeking an individual who will have the ability to work proficiently in finance Responsibilities would include maintaining and monitoring the submission of month end files reconciling subsystems to the general ledger and working with finance leads from various entities to adhere to system deadlinesPrepares periodic analysis of results through running queries reports or ad hoc requests Captures key performance indicators for improvement based on the RCA tool Reports key statistical data regarding payment patterns denial details etc Acts as a resource to other units within Hartford Health Care Corporation by providing financial data and other support as a member of a team or in response to requests for informationActively seeks opportunities to model teamwork through collaboration both within and outside the work group as a project leader or technical expert in support of the organizations objectivesAssumes responsibility for self improvement in collaboration with supervisor by identifying communicating and Tableau experience is a positiveThe successful candidate must have strong oral and written communication skills and will be expected to interact with various levels of staff and management yearsrsquo
