This opportunity entails being responsible for preparing and analyzing financial data, trends, and performance to provide insights and recommendations to leadership. This position will involve comprehensive financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and decision support activities, enabling the organization to make informed financial decisions.

This position supports the Great Lakes Division by providing advanced-level financial reporting, forecasting, analysis, and modeling to support management decision-making. This position is division level and not responsible for corporate projects.

What You’ll Do:

Provides advanced-level financial reporting, forecasting, analysis, and modeling to support management decision-making.  Provides support for corporate and/or division level on large, complex projects.Synthesizes large amounts of data into meaningful summarized reports to enhance leadership’s ability to understand the information and make decisions.Assists in designing and developing complex business applications built with Excel and/or HNTB Enterprise Reporting Solutions.Leads monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc financial reporting and planning activities.Generates, creates, and evaluates complex standard and ad hoc financial and business-related analyses under minimal guidance.Develops graphs, charts, and presentations to clearly show data trends and projections. Interprets data and communicates results.Identifies, analyzes, and monitors issues that affect Sales, Revenue, Earnings, and Cash. Provides interpretation and makes recommendations. Analyzes data proactively to discover opportunities for prospective metric improvement.Provides guidance and mentorship to less experienced financial analysts.Performs other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related degree and 5 years finance or related experience, orIn lieu of education, 9 years finance or related experience

The approximate pay range for Ohio is $81,339.98 - $127,224.08. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual’s qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as physical work location within the state.

The approximate pay range for Minnesota is $85,406.98 - $133,585.29. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual’s qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as physical work location within the state.
