As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving financial decision-making and supporting key initiatives across multiple locations.

Your responsibilities will include:

Develop and implement fixed assets management procedures to optimize utilization and safeguard assets.Identify and implement opportunities to streamline working capital processes and best practices.Support quarterly cycle counts of fixed assets.Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders across departments, including engineering, project management, and manufacturing operations.Maintain and enhance fixed asset master data management.Contribute to special projects, including process improvement initiatives and ensuring consistency across finance teams.

Work Experience

What You'll Bring:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or FinanceAdvanced Excel skills are a must, with strong experience in SAP! Experience with Access or other data warehouse tools is a plus.Proven ability to work independently, proactively identify and address challenges, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills with the ability to effectively communicate with business partners and senior management.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines consistently.SAP experience is a significant advantage.
