Key Responsibilities

Forecasting and Reporting

Support the forecasting and reporting process, such as weekly pulse, MBR, STRAP and AOP by preparing, consolidating and analyzing the financial data.Analyze financial data to identify key drivers and trends and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.Support Opex forecasting and managementProvide analysis on revenue, opex, CCCM and other key financial metricsProvide guidance to Country FP&A on forecasting and reporting mattersMaintain, develop and improve reporting and analysis to enhance visibility to business performanceEnsure PLN load is completed on timely basis. Provide guidance and support to country FP&A on PLN matters.

Requirements/Qualifications

Business or Finance related degreeAt least 5 years of Financial Planning and Analysis experienceAbility to correlate results from data analysis to sales processes to provide insights and support business decisionsStrong leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to influence partners from multiple departments, and to communicate with salesExperience working in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment and demonstrate strong organizational problem-solving skillsStrong self-direction and initiative; willingness and ability to take complete ownership of responsibilities
