Financial Analyst III
The Financial Analyst III is a key member of the finance team, responsible for revenue budgeting, forecasting, and contributing to the month-end close and financial reporting process. Reporting to the Director of Finance, this role provides financial support to all company operations. The Financial Analyst III also develops complex financial models for both ad-hoc and recurring requests from senior management. This position requires the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, a high level of ownership and accountability, strong attention to detail, and intellectual curiosity.

Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed annual financial budgets and monthly financial forecasts for revenue.

Conduct in-depth revenue variance analysis and present monthly actual results to various levels of management.

Manage transactional revenue planning, pacing, reporting, and forecasting.

Support the Client Partner team with monthly updates to their revenue forecasting tools.

Assist with recurring financial and metrics reporting for distribution to senior management.

Assist with the monthly results package and dashboard for distribution to the executive team.

Develop complex financial models, including ad-hoc analyses and long-term pricing models.

Assist in long-term strategic planning (LRP).

Proactively improve departmental efficiency by streamlining processes.

Develop and maintain revenue KPI metrics.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.

Four years of related work experience.

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required.

Strong analytical and technical skills and is an effective communicator.

Expert financial modeling skills, with a proven track record of developing impactful business analyses.  

Maintains high standards of accuracy, precision, and organization.

Highly developed ability to partner and build strong relationships with business partners across the organization.

Results-focused with an operator's mindset, team-oriented, and possesses a strong work ethic.  

Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills.

Knowledge of Abacum and Sage Intacct is a plus.


Pay Transparency

The approximate base pay range for this position is $90,000.00 to $103,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Individuals may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and/or sales compensation. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience as well as geographic location.
