A large Kforce client is seeking a Lead Financial Analyst to join their team in Grand Rapids, MI. This client is a well-established and growing international company that provides opportunities for advancement and impact. This role will work in a hybrid schedule, 3 days a week in the office and 2 days remote. Duties: * Conduct Financial Analyst and Reporting * Lead Budgeting and forecasting * Provide financial modeling * Work closely with various departments, Operations, marketing, sales * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business decisions and initiatives * Mentorship and Leadership - mentor junior teams and provide guidance * Present findings to executive leadership
