As an intern, you will work collaboratively on challenging projects with high impact during this full-time (40 hours per week) internship opportunity directly related to Gen’s business strategy in a dynamic and global environment.
About the role
As a Finance Intern, you will have the chance to apply your knowledge of finance to real-world financial modeling, analysis, and reporting. You will work closely with our experienced finance team, and your ideas and creativity will be valued as we strive for continuous improvement and innovation. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
During your internship you’ll have shadowing and training opportunities with our experienced team of finance professionals. You’ll gain hands-on understanding and application of finance principles. You’ll also have opportunities to attend weekly meetings and network with the team as well as your fellow interns.

Assist with financial modelingProvide general accounting supportCollaborate with other finance leads to model the financial impact of business decisionsDig into operational and financial metrics to identify root causes of changing resultsAnalyze variances in revenue and expenses to provide insights to managersProvide support for annual budgeting processAssist with statistical analysis and other special projectsWhat You’ll Need to be Successful in this Role
