SUMMARY

They will help drive business results by providing decision support analysis to leaders in product, finance, operations, and other supporting functions. The candidate will be involved in full P&L monthly forecasting, annual planning, financial modeling, reporting, variance analysis, and participate on various ad hoc projects and initiatives.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Work with operating business unit leadership during the monthly close, forecasting and annual budgeting processes. Monthly, quarterly and annual corporate financial reporting duties for Revenue and Costs Capture and analyze data from multiple sources and assist in development of financial analysis. Create, consolidate and maintain financial databases. Assist FP&A managers in maintaining reporting templates. Develop and update financial models that are closely linked to the operating metrics of the organization. Streamline data flow and automate the analysis process as needed. Work with and provide support to various operating units in order to facilitate the flow of timely and accurate information. Complete other projects as determined by FP&A manger to assist department and operations.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

Minimum 3 - 5 years of FP&A experience Degree in business/finance related field Strong skills with Microsoft Excel (Intermediate to Advanced), Access, Word, and PowerPoint Experience with financial reporting tools such as Hyperion Essbase, Cognos, etc. a plus Ability to provide innovation and improve processes Excellent verbal and written communications skills Must be self-motivating, hardworking, analytical and proactive
