You will be a Financial Analyst driving program business rhythm and financial excellence with key stakeholders.

What You Will Be Doing
As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for developing performance metrics, preparing reports, and guiding control account managers. You will review and validate monthly updates, assist in budget and schedule preparation, and conduct financial analyses.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Drive program business rhythm with key stakeholders
• Develop performance metrics and prepare reports, such as Contract Performance Report (CPR)
• Provide guidance to control account managers (CAM)
• Review and validate monthly Estimate to Complete/Estimate at Completion (ETC/EAC) updates
• Assist in preparation of budgets, schedules, and program plans
• Conduct financial analyses, such as funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a
related discipline.
Ability to multi-task and take on challenging
assignments.
Aptitude to facilitate results, self-starter attitude,
process oriented, structured problem solver
Ability to work independently and work
collaboratively with teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience and ability to interface with senior
management.
Desired Skills:
Earned Value Management experience in the
Aerospace or Defense industry
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
