The finance manager should have experience with budgeting/forecasting and banking relationships. This finance manager will be dealing with multiple banks and handling the banking relationships. This finance manager should have experience with either property management or real estate. This finance manager should have management experience as they will be managing a few people. Requirements • Minimum of 7 years of experience • Familiarity with About Time and Accounting Functions • Proven experience in managing Annual Budgets and Auditing processes • Strong understanding of Budget Processes • Experience in managing Business Banking Relationships • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and strategic planning skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's preferred) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
