Financial Analyst (Mid-Level) - Position Description

ICI Services is looking for a motivated individual who wants to join our team in support of Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA). We are a mid-sized defense contractor providing Systems Acquisition, Engineering, In-Service Sustainment and Logistics, and Information Assurance to government clients in 20 states and the District of Columbia. We need a Financial Analyst (Mid-Level) ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment.

Security Clearance:

·        Applicant must hold or be able to obtain an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance.

Responsibilities:

       Responsible for the execution, monitoring and reporting of program allocated funds as directed by the Government, including analyses of the program's financial status, health and affordability.  Will provide financial input for briefings and reports. May assist in the analysis and supporting justification material in support of preparing budget exhibits.         Fund execution and management experience in ERP. Experience working with Shipbuilding and Conversion Navy (SCN) and Research, Development, Test and Evaluation, Navy (RDT&E, N) appropriations.         Ensures team members are properly trained and knowledgeable in their area of responsibilities in support PMS 377, including access to relevant databases and systems.

Experiences:

        5 to 7 years of professional experience related in the Business/Financial management field.         4 or more years of DoD/DoN, specifically NAVSEA shipbuilding financial management experience. Preferred

Education Requirements:

        Bachelor’s Degree         Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Management or related discipline. Preferred
