Financial Analyst - ONSITE

POSITION SUMMARY

The Financial Analyst II (Advanced) will provide financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and other decision support services to leadership. The successful Analyst will be analytical, with strong communication skills and business judgment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and other decision support services to the business.Create financial models that accurately predict the financial and operational results of the business under various circumstances.Create detailed capacity models for key functions within the business.Track and report on relevant key metrics specific to the business.Manage business relationships and cultivate an environment of mutual trust and integrity – become the key financial representative for the assigned section of the business.Assist with the preparation of monthly and quarterly presentations for executive leadership, the board of directors and other external parties.Perform other ad hoc analysis as needed.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required2-4 years of experience in similar roleMBA, CPA or CFA preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIESStrong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word requiredPrior experience with Hyperion Essbase (or another similar product) a plusSQL, VBA or Access skills are not required, but are a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skills
