Primary Responsibilities:
The role will be the member of the European Headquarters Purchasing Finance / FP&A Team with focus on broad range of financial reporting and analysis.
That means in details:
•Prepare the financial reports and analysis for European Management and European FP&A Department. •Own the assigned processes and interact with individual Business Partners involved (internal Providers and internal Customers). •Manage the smaller-scale and contribute to mid/large-size projects. •Ensure the data and processes compliance with Lear reporting and accounting procedures. •Optimize the processes and tools, drive the continuous improvement and provide the solutions to the raised needs.
Qualifications:
üB.S. Accountancy graduate from a reputable school with at least 2 years of experience in Finance (manufacturing background will be a plus). üPreferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). üAt least 1 year Audit firm experience will be a plus. üExcellent Excel skills with ability to create macros. üKnowledge of HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) application will be further a plus. üUnderstanding of a general accounting and financial statements. üKnowledge of USGAAP will be an asset. üStrong communication skills in English. üAbility to work with multiple parties, multiple countries. üProficient analytical skills, ability to synthesize the data. üAbility to work autonomously and on a self-initiative. üReliability in meeting the committed timetable.
