Financial Analyst Responsiveness

Purpose and Relevance for the organization:

 

Your task as a Responsiveness Inventory Analyst, Data & Reporting is to create and develop all operational reporting and manage inventory across the make to stock demand planning workflows for North America, including but not limited to programs such as Never out of Stock (NOS) and graphics. In addition, you support the creation of executive reporting, KPI reporting, locally specific reporting and meaningful reporting for the NAM make to stock business.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Reporting

Responsible for operational reporting across NOS and Graphics Support the creation of executive reporting/management reporting Develop new reporting tools and optimize existing tools to increase efficiency and enable better decision making based on these reports Report on NOS and graphics KPIs Provide analysis to enable the decision process to reach KPIs in case of conflicts

 

Inventory

Support inventory demand/supply alignment across NOS and graphics Development of analytical tools to support min/max inventory alerts Recommend and align on inventory actions with cross-functional partners

 

KPIs:

Accurate and timely reporting Inventory management/stock turn Optimization/reduction of excess stock Inventory availability
