As a part of the Rotational Financial Analyst Program you will have a hybrid work experience at our corporate headquarters in the premier downtown Power & Light District of Kansas City, where everything is either steps or a streetcar ride away. Day to day you'll ... Assist with the execution of various company-wide financial processes such as forecasting, modeling, business planning, and development of accounting policiesPerform technical research on accounting and financial presentation issuesProvide feedback and offer insights related to assumptions and structure of financial models and strategyAssist auditors in quarterly, year-end, planning, and other visitsManage the timing and processing of financial reportsAnalyze data and assist in the preparation of various financial statementsSupport quarterly earnings activities, analyze and interpret financial data, and gain exposure to investor meetingsMonitor and evaluate trends and fluctuations of primary competitors, financials, and client dataOther duties as assigned

Compensation is $60,000 annual with a 10% Short Term Incentive based on company and personal performance.This information is posted pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act to provide Colorado applicants with information about what they might be eligible to receive. Individual pay decisions will depend on job-related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location where work will be performed.
Successful candidates may be able to participate in one or more incentive compensation or short-term incentive plans, which could generate additional earnings in accordance with the terms of each plan.
