Your Role Within the Organization:

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will:

Serve as the primary financial liaison for a designated clinical or business service lineLead and support processes related to financial analysis, financial reporting, and general accountingAssist in developing and analyzing annual operating and capital budgets, as well as rolling forecastsEnsure the accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of regulatory and financial reportingOversee components of capital asset management and maintain integrity of the charge masterDeliver excellent customer service while managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlinesCollaborate across departments and lead or support key finance-related projectsContinuously seek opportunities for process improvements and contribute to strategic initiatives

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required)Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (preferred)CPA or equivalent certification (preferred)Minimum of 5 years of professional finance experienceAt least 1 year of healthcare finance experience (preferred)
